THIS IS A RENTAL.
All signage is owned by Party Up! Yard Cards.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance of your installation date in order to receive a full refund. If made within 48 hours of installation, we will refund 50% or credit your booking to a future date.
DELIVERY/PICK-UP
Yard Cards are typically delivered and installed between 7 am and 12 pm and picked up between 7 am and 12 pm the following day. If you're booking a weekend rental, your Yard Card will be delivered on Saturday morning, and picked up Sunday evening/early Monday morning.
If you are ordering a Yard Card as a gift, please be sure to let the homeowner(s) know we will be setting up in their yard. You will also be responsible for sharing installation information with the homeowner (which is sent on installation day to the person making this reservation). THIS IS REQUIRED.
Delivery area is 6 mile radius from 06517 at no additional charge.
DESIGN & LETTER PLACEMENT
Your Yard Card Artist will choose and place letters and accents based on the information you provide, and designs are at our discretion. It's also possible the size of your yard will affect the display design (for example, we may have to abbreviate phrases or use one-piece phrases). Rest assured, we do our best to ensure a full display, as well as select items reflecting the interests/hobbies listed on the order form, and cannot guarantee certain designs or accents. Remember, once placed, repositioning or removal of letters and/or accent pieces is prohibited.
Please do not attach anything to the signs (balloons, streamers, etc.). Please do not allow anyone to play with the signs, touch the signs, climb or jump on the signs. They are non-weight bearing and will be damaged.
YARD MAINTENANCE
Please do not mow, edge or trim while your Party Up! Yard Card is displayed in your yard (grass stains the signs and weedeaters damage them). Please be sure the yard is thoroughly watered before our arrival - it helps with a smooth installation. Also, please be sure sprinklers are turned off prior to our arrival, and do not turn them on while the display is in the yard.
Rain showers will not damage the display, so please do not worry if it rains during your display period.
APPROVAL
You are responsible for approval from any HOA, management, or neighborhood boards. If the display must be removed for any reason prior to its scheduled pick-up, please contact Party Up! as soon as possible to make arrangements. Do not remove the display yourself at any time. Refunds will not be given if you are asked to remove your sign by your HOA board or management company.
WEATHER POLICY
In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up or remove your yard card safely. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, severe rain, high winds, snow/ice and any other Act of God that puts us or our display in harm's way. We will first attempt to reschedule; if that is not possible, you will be given a full refund.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be given based on the following:
-if a homeowner or business requests signs be removed;
-If HOA or its representatives request removal;
-If wrong address is provided while booking;
-Any circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control (items in front yard, animals preventing access, etc.)
DAMAGE/THEFT
A fee of $25 per piece will be charged to the original client for damaged or missing materials.
GREETING POLICY
Yard cards are designed to be joyful and celebrate life's magic moments. We will not do any greetings that contain lewd or disrespectful language that are not positive in nature.
